摘要
在35℃、厌氧条件下,通过测定甲烷产量,考察了土霉素对厌氧生物处理的抑制作用。结果表明,土霉素对厌氧生化反应有抑制作用,当土霉素浓度>200 mg/L时,会产生中度抑制,对土霉素的去除率<65%;当土霉素浓度>800 mg/L时,会产生重度抑制。
The inhibition effect of oxytetracycline (OTC) on anaerobic biological treatment was investigated by measuring accumulative methane production at 35℃. The results show that OTC has inhi- bition effect on anaerobic biochemical reaction. When the concentration of OTC is more than 200 mg/L, the moderate inhibition occurs, and the removal rate of OTC is below 65%. When the concentration of OTC is more than 800 mg/L, the strong inhibition occurs.
