摘要
目的:应用无创小循环心功能检测技术对心脏瓣膜替换术前后心功能状况改变进行研究。方法:采用我国非侵入性右胸电导纳图检测技术对23例心脏瓣膜患者在瓣膜替换术前后小循环各参数进行观察。结果:患者术前hz值、ha/hz比值、hC/hz比值、Qj间期、Qj/jz比值均有明显异常,术后早期hC/hz比值、Qj间期、Qj/jz比值恢复到正常值以内,其他参数均有不同程度的好转。结论:小循环心功能检测能直接从肺动、静脉容积波的改变来评估心脏手术前后的心功能状况,具有无创、简便、较敏感的特点。
Objective:To study the changes of cardiac function before and after valve replace ment with Right Chest Electric Admittance Plethysmography(RCEAP)Twenty-three patients were involved in this study. The RCEAP was performed before and after the valve replacements which were under cardiopulmonary bypass Results:Analysis of the preoperative data demonstrated that ha, ha/hz ratio, hc/hz ratio,Qj interval were markedly abnormal. During early postoperative statc, we found that hc/hz ratio, Qj interval, Qj/jz ratio returned to normal, and other parameters were improved in varying efrees.Conclusion:The study demonstrated that RCEAP is a noninvasive, simple, sensitive method in assessing the lesser circluation, and directly or indirectly reflecting the candiac function. RCEAP provides a new avenue to evaluate the cardiac function.
