摘要
目的探讨总结逆行股骨交锁髓内钉内固定结合CPM治疗股骨髁上粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法采用逆行交锁髓内钉治疗27例股骨髁上粉碎骨折,术后早期进行伤肢CPM锻炼。结果27例随访6～18个月,平均10个月,骨折在6～10.5个月内愈合,膝关节功能恢复良好,优良率93%。结论逆行交锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨髁上粉碎性骨折具有手术操作简单、安全、固定可靠、骨折端稳定性高、手术后不需要石膏固定、可进行伤肢CPM早期锻炼、防止膝关节粘连、并发症少、骨折愈合快特点,是一种治疗股骨髁上粉碎性骨折比较理想的治疗方法。
Objective To study the clinical effete of retrograde femoral intramedullary interlocking nail fixation combined with CPM treatment for comminuted supracondylar femoral fracture. Methods Retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail were used for treating 27 cases of comminuted supracondylor femoral fracture of the femoral condyle, the early postoperative CPM exercise was performed. Results Of 27 cases of follow-up 6 ~ 18 months, an average of 10 months, fracture was healed in 6 - 10. 5 months, knee function was well and good rate was 93%. Conclusion Retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail fixation for the comminuted supracondylar femoral fracture has actvantages of simple operation, safety, high reliability, high stability of fracture, no need for cast immobilization after surgery, early CPM exercise to prevent knee adhesions, fewer complications, faster healing fracture and soon, is a idea treatment for supracondylar femarol, comminuted fracture.
