摘要
根据临床经验,将产程进展、胎儿心率和宫缩状况作为调控依据,对计划分娩中催产素滴注过程采用自适应模糊控制方法,实现:①自动识别三种异常情况并作应急处理;②对不同产程分期(潜伏/活跃期)自动改变宫缩时间间隔量化曲线;③以表格查询学习法控制催产素滴速。从实录的催产素计划分娩过程胎心宫缩图(CTG)数据中,随机抽取61组数据作模拟实验,结果:控制器的输入-输出关系与临床的实际记录符合率是96.7%。
According to clinical experience,progress of labor,FHR and status of uterine contraction are selected as the controlling basis,and adaptive fuzzy controlling method is applied to the procedure of oxycitocin infusion during induction or augmentation of labor.The followings are realized:(1)Three abnormal circumstances are distinguished automatically and treated as emergencies;(2)The qualification curve is changed automatically to different phase of labor(latent or active phase);(3)Ruleslibrary checking study algorithm is used to control the infusion rate of oxytocin.From the real recorded data of cardiotocograms(CTG) during oxytocin induction or augmentation of labor,61 groups are randomly sampled in the simulate test.The result is that the rate of coincidence between the inputoutput relations of the controller and the clinical real records is 96.7%.
