摘要
目的：探讨高频彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺疾病诊断和鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法：采用二维超声及高频彩色多普勒超声对67例甲状腺疾病患者进行检查，对二者声像图特征进行统计学分析，并与病理学结果比较。结果：高频彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺疾病诊断中比二维超声具有更多的声像图特征，差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：高频彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺腺瘤有较高的应用价值，对甲状腺疾病可做出较准确的诊断。
Objective： To explore the value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in distinguishing and diagnosing thyroid diseases. Methods： 67cases with thyroid diseases by pathology were investigated by two -dimensional and high frequency color Doppler ultrasound, a series of signs of two - dimensional and high frequency color Doppler ultrasound were analyzed, and compaxatively with the results of operation and pathology. Results： Thyroid diseases reflect its characters respectively in high frequency color Doppler ultrasound, and they were more satisfied than that in two - dimensional （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： It is more practical value with high frequency color Doppler ultrasound to the diagnosis of thyroid diseases, can make more accurate diagnosis on the thyroid diseases.
