摘要
当前开设体育管理专业的体育院系在人才培养中注重体育学科理论知识和运动技术的获取而忽略与其它学科知识的融合,导致毕业生普遍缺乏创业意识和创业能力,难以在充满机遇和挑战的社会环境中更好地开拓自己的事业。本文从创业教育需要重点关注的几个问题,结合体育管理专业课程设置的特点、体育管理专业学生的性格特点等方面,进行全面、系统地探讨,以期形成一套较完整、系统的科学理论,用以指导体育管理专业学生的培养。
The current set up sports management professional sports faculties to pay attention to personnel training in the theory of physical education and sports technology,access to knowledge and neglect the integration of academic knowledge with others,resulting in graduates from a general lack of awareness of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial capacity, it is difficult in the full of opportunities and challenges of the social environment to better develop their own careers.In this paper,entrepreneurship education needs to focus on several issues,combined with the professional sports management curriculum features,sports management,students of the character traits and so on.To conduct a comprehensive,systematic study with a view to form a more complete system of scientific theory to guide the cultivation of sport management students.
