甲状腺手术与喉返神经损伤 被引量:6

摘要 报告1515例甲状腺手术,并发喉返神经损伤33例(36侧),左侧20例,右侧16例,发生率为2.18%。认为甲状腺因其解剖部位特点与颈部喉返神经关系密切,甲状腺手术时易损伤该神经而引起声嘶;甲状腺手术所致的喉返神经损伤左右侧差别不明显,提示与喉返神经的行程无关;喉返神经的损伤与甲状腺包块大小无密切关系,但与手术次数有关;在甲状腺恶性肿瘤手术中,喉返神经损伤率明显高于甲状腺良性肿瘤组;在随访的16例中,13例声音有好转。
