摘要
天花粉蛋白是从葫芦科栝楼属植物栝楼的块根中提取出的一组有效蛋白,具有引产抗孕、免疫调节、抑制人艾滋病病毒(HIV)的复制和繁殖等功能。阐述了天花粉蛋白的生理功能及特性,并对现有的天花粉蛋白的分离纯化方法进行了综述。
Trichosanthin （ TCS ） is the major effective component extracted from the root tuber of Trichosanthes kirilowii, with the functions of abortifaeient, immunoregulatory, anti-tumor and anti-HIV. The characteristics and physiological functions of TCS were discussed, and the purification methods were reviewed.
