摘要
为了满足患者的审美需求，我们采用口内法，经口腔摘除下颌骨囊肿及良性肿瘤３８例，取得了良好的手术效果。本法具有术后无皮肤切口瘢痕，无损伤面神经下颌缘支的危险等优点，克服了口外法的缺点，在临床上具有重要的美学实用价值，是下颌骨囊肿和良性肿瘤的首选手术方法。本文介绍了口内法及其手术操作要点与注意事项。
38 cases of mandible cysts and benige tumors were enucleated by intra-oral approach. This method didn't result in skin scar, injury to marginal mandibular branch of facial nerve. The paper reports the operative method, clinical experience and precaution.
