首先对营口港的自身条件进行分析,先分析了内部优势,其中包括:区位优势、区位成本优势、功能优势、服务优势、市场优势。之后分析了内部劣势,其中包括:边缘化、自然条件、内部管理、人力资源、思维方式、经济成分构成,最后针对营口港自身的情况提高营口港的策略设计,即:加强营口港企业文化建设,树立品牌效应、建立集群内信任机制、强化港口企业的技术创新,积极开发新航线新项目等。
