摘要
随着全球信息化建设的不断加快,人类正走进以信息技术为核心的知识经济时代。当前,国内民营中小企业信息化建设已经进入一个新的发展阶段,民营中小企业信息化问题已成为我国企业信息化工作的重点内容。民营中小企业也是我国国民经济中最具活力、并且是推动经济发展的重要力量。在过去的几年,民营中小企业对信息化建设方面表现出了强烈的需求。文章分析了我国民营中小企业信息化建设存在的几方面问题,提出了充分发挥政府的引导与推动作用、强化企业管理者的意识观念等方面的发展策略和措施。
The world steps into the informatization era with the devolpment of global informatization. Presently, informatization construction in the Small and Medium-sized Private Enterprises of our country has play an important part. As a most active role and an aceelerater of social development and national economy, the Small and Medium-sized Private Enterprises show great attraction to the informatization construction in past years. This paper analyses the problems of informatization construction in the Small and Medium sized Private Enterprises of our country,and presents the informatization construction stategy,such as governmenfs role and manager＇s concept .
