摘要
目的:探讨v-sis、c-myc、c-fos三种癌基因mRNA的协同表达在脑膜瘤中的作用。方法:用原位杂交结合图像分析方法对三种癌基因在脑膜瘤中的mR-NA表达状况进行了定量研究。结果:v-sis、c-myc、c-fos在脑膜瘤中的表达率依次为60.7%、43.3%和57.1%,脑膜瘤中c-myc和c-fos的mRNA表达间呈正相关,而v-sis和c-myc的mRNA表达间只在纤维细胞型脑膜瘤(FM)中呈正相关。结论:这三种癌基因表达增高在脑膜瘤中具有一定作用。c-myc和c-fos的协同表达在脑膜瘤发生发展中具有特殊意义,v-sis和c-myc协同表达在FM中也有特异性作用,说明各组织分型的脑膜瘤在发生发展中具有一定的遗传异质性。
Objective:To study the cooperation of vsis,cmyc and cfos in meningiomas.Methods:Using in situ hybridization and image analysis methods,we studied the mRNA expression of the three oncogenes in quantity.Results:The expression rates of vsis,cmyc and cfos were 607%,433% and 571% in turn.The mRNA expression between cmyc and cfos presented positive correlation in meningiomas,and so did the mRNA expression between vsis and cmyc only in fibroblastic meningiomas(FM).Conclusion: The overexpression of the three oncogenes plays a certain role in meningiomas.The cooperation expression of cmyc and cfos has special significance in pathogenesis and development of meningiomas,and the cooperation expression of vsis and cmyc has specific effect on FM,too.This also indicates that there is a certain genetic heterogeneity in initiation and development of all kinds of histological subtypes of meningiomas.
