摘要
目的:探讨国产无醋酸碳酸氢盐血液透析液的效果.方法:观察并比较了32例尿毒症患者分别使用醋酸盐(AHD),常规碳酸氢盐(BHD),无醋酸碳酸氢盐(AFHD)血透的近期疗效.结果:清除低分子毒素、纠正电解质酸碱失衡三组相同,改善低氧血症、细胞免疫及心肌协调性、减少肿瘤坏死因子α(TNE_α)及临床不良反应AFHD优于BHD组.结论:国产无醋酸碳酸氢盐血透液效果良好,可否替代常规透析有待进一步深入研究.
Objetive: In order to investigate the effect of China-made acetate-free hemodialysis(AFHD). Methods: 32 hemodialysis patients were observed and compared, when acetatehemodialysis (AHD), bicarbonate hemodialysis (BHD). acetate-free hemodialysis (AFHD) wereused seperately. Results: There was no difference in clearing low molecular toxin and adjustingelectrolyte acid-base disturbance among three groups. Group of AFHD manifested more signifi-cante then that of BHD, in a spect of improving hypoxia, cellular immune function, and cardiacmuscular coordination. At the same time, AFHD group reduced TNFα and clinical sideaction.Conclusion: China-made AFHD manifested significant effect. Howevere it will be used instead ofBHD is further proved.
