摘要
近十几年来,我国高等教育已逐步完成由精英教育向大众化教育的过渡,但也显现出许多的不足之处。本文以数学教师出发,研究高等教育大众化背景下教师需要具备哪些综合素质,并如何养成的问题。讨论如何采取相应的教育策略,让培养出来的学生适应社会多样化发展的需求。
In the last decade, the transformation of higher education in China has been completed from elite education to mass education, whereas many deficiencies are also obvious. This paper studies the comprehensive qualities which mathematics teachers need to possess under the background of mass higher education, and discusses how to take appropriate educational strategies in order to make students meet the diversified needs of social development.
