摘要
平贝母是喜肥植物,叶面喷施肥料能直接通过叶片吸收和利用。试验结果表明:平贝母叶面喷施万赢活菌剂(EM原液)、金土地有机液肥、怪肥3种生物肥能显著提高平贝母产量和总生物碱含量,综合评价效果最好的是EM300倍,其次是EM200倍和怪肥1500倍,其产量分别比对照提高18%、15%和13%,总生物碱含量比对照提高16%、13%和11%。
Fritillaria ussuriensis could absorb and utilize the fertilizer from leaves surface.The studied results showed when three kinds of microorganism fertilizer were sprayed on the Fritillaria ussuriensis leave surface,the product and alkaloid content of bulbs could be increased.The ratios of bulbs＇ product increasing were 18%,15% and 13% respectively.The ratio of increased bulbs＇ alkaloid content were 16%,13% and 11%.The most obvious effect on increasing bulbs＇ product and alkaloid content was spraying microorganism fertilizer which was 300 times aquas of EM.The next was 200 times aquas of EMand 1500 times aqaus of peculiar fertilizer.
