摘要
针对爆炸品在公路运输中发生事故原因具有复杂性和不确定性等特点,采用综合化程度较高的模糊综合评价法进行评价,构建以爆炸品热感度、机械感度、静电感度、冲击波感度为准则层的危险性评价指标体系,应用层次分析法确定各影响因素相对权重,建立公路运输危险爆炸品模糊综合评价模型,进而确定事故风险等级。实证结果表明,该运输风险较大,与实际情况相符,表明该评价方法和模型具有一定的实用性和可行性。
As to the characteristics complexity and uncertainty of explosives in the road accidents,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate,explosive thermal sensitivity,mechanical sensitivity,electrostatic sensitivity,shock sensitivity of guidelines for risk level evaluation index system are established.AHP is used to determine the relative weights of various factors,road transport of dangerous explosives fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to determine the accident risk level.The empirical results show that the transportation risk greater in line with the actual situation indieates that the evaluation methods and models have a certain praeticality and feasibility.
