乙胺碘呋酮诱发兔静脉炎实验模型的护理研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的通过建立乙胺碘呋酮诱发的静脉炎实验模型,探讨乙胺碘呋酮静脉注射对静脉的损伤特点及护理对策。方法将8只健康新西兰成年兔,经耳缘静脉注射乙胺碘呋酮制成静脉炎实验模型。采用不同方法进行护理,分为马铃薯组、元明粉组、热敷组和对照组,3 d后取标本行常规病理切片,观察各组大体形态及组织学形态。结果对照组血管内皮细胞破坏明显,血管腔内血栓形成,血管周围纤维明显增生,有大量炎性细胞浸润,皮下层有水肿;马铃薯组、元明粉组以及热敷组血管壁损害和周围炎症渗出与对照组比较,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论乙胺碘呋酮可以诱发兔静脉炎,使用马铃薯片贴敷、元明粉湿敷或热敷护理可减轻血管壁损害及周围炎症程度。 Objective To study the injury characteristics and nursing strategies of amiodarone given intravenously by es tablishing amiodarone induced phlebitis model. Method Inject amiodarone for 8 New Zealand mature rabbit via ear marginal vein to build model. Divide them into potato group, anhydrous sodium sulfate group, hot compress group and control group and give different care to each group. After three days, take the sample for pathological section and observe the general and histology manifestation of all groups. Result In control group, there are obvious damage of vascular endothelial cells, thrombosis of endovascular, fibroplasia around vascular, infiltration of inflammatory cells and edema in subcutaneous layer. There is significant difference between the vessel wall damage and inflammatory exudation of potato group, anhydrous sodium sulfate group,hot compress group and control group(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Amiodarone will induce phlebitis of rab bits. Potato, anhydrous sodium sulfate and hot compress can relieve the degree of vessel wall damage and inflammatory.
