摘要
合肥二电厂的凝结水系统在运行中,存在较大的节流损失,经济性较差,由此造成的管道振动大、阀门失控现象进一步威胁到机组的安全运行。为此进行凝结水泵变频改造。首次改造后,结合运行实际,调整凝水系统相关设备的运行规程,进一步优化控制策略,使经济性得到更大提高。
In unit operation,there was a big throttle loss in condensate system of Hefei NO.2 Power Plant and poor economy.Brought about pipeline vibration and out of control valves,it was a threat to the safe operation of generating units.So we had retrofitted condensate pump with frequency control.After that,we have changed the control strategy in accordance with the actual running again,so that greater economy is improved.
