摘要
阐述了地质动力区划理论与方法,利用该理论对城市防灾减灾问题进行地质力学方面的研究和城市采煤沉陷区的抗变形抗震建筑设计研究,并形成煤炭资源型城市防灾减灾体系.依据该体系可有效预测和防止城市多种灾害的发生.
The theory and method of geo-dynamic division were presented. Using the theory, urban disaster prevention and mitigation issues were studied on go-mechanics and the design of anti-deformed and anti-seismic buildings in coal mine subsidence areas, and then urban disaster prevention and mitigation system of coal resource-based cities was formed. Based on the system, the occurrence of urban multi-hazard can be effectively prevented.
