摘要
我国现有的国民核算数据中,只公布由各部门账户合并而成的账户式金融资金流量表,缺乏反映部门间关系的矩阵表。本文利用我国国民经济核算中金融资金流量账户表数据,首先编制了我国2000年和2005年两年的"部门×交易"及"交易×部门"资金流量矩阵表,然后运用设定的模型,进一步编制了相同年份的"部门×部门"矩阵表,解决了常规统计中无法获得部门间金融资金流量数据的问题,在此基础上,对我国部门间金融资金流量格局、部门间资金流入流出动态及其变化特征进行了分析,并针对存在的问题给出了一些建议。
Among China＇ s existing national accounts data, only financial flow of funds accounts which is combined with all sector accounts is announced, lack of matrices that reflect the inter-sector relationship. In this paper, first, we compilated the sector by transaction and the transaction by sector flow of funds matrices of China in 2000 and 2005 on the base of financial flow of funds accounts data, and then using the setting model compilated sector by sector matrices of the two years, thus we solve the conventional statistics problem of lacking inter-seetoral financial flows of funds data, based on the above, we analyzed the dynamic characteristics of China＇s inter-sectoral pattern of financial capital flows and capital inflow and outflow among sectors, in the end some suggestions are given for the existing problems.
