摘要
作者对５例Ｆａｎｃｏｎｉ贫血患者的外周血淋巴细胞染色体的自发畸变及ＭＭＣ诱变后的染色体畸变进行了观察，发现其自发染色体畸变可见裂隙、断裂、内复制、ＳＣＥ频率增高等，经ＭＭＣ诱变后染色体畸变率明显升高，出现三射体、四射体等异常结构，ＳＣＥ频率骤增。
Observation of 5 cases of Fanconi's anemia showed that their spontaneous chromosomal breakage, gaps, endoredupilcations and SCE rate and higer than normal and the rate of chromosomal aberration increased sharply after MMC inducement. The authors thought the cytogenetic studies on FA gave an important indication for clinical diagnosis of FA.
