摘要
为降低飞机生产成本,提高中国民机的竞争能力,对库存控制进行研究。以降低整机成本,减少库存资金占用,优化库存结构为目的,分析了民机物料的特点,以经济性、影响度、不可获得性作为维度,以保质期和有效性作为约束条件对民机物料进行合理分类,建立全方面的评价指标体系,给出相应的库存控制策略。应用实例表明,该体系具有实际应用价值,可降低民机库存成本。
Efficiency inventory control can reducing cost, maximizing corporation competitive ability. It analyzes the procuring material from the perspective of risk of procuring, value cost, and the impact of produce, proposes the procuring strategy with types of material and the management strategy of inventory. According to the characters and procuring strategy of the materials, it applies the theories of the inventory control and management to the practice. The result indicates that the inventory control and material segmentation are scientific and practicability.
