摘要
高校学生干部是学校开展学生工作的桥梁和纽带,是搞好各项学生工作的中坚力量,是有效开展学生思想教育和行政管理工作的得力助手,也是未来社会后备干部人才的基础。为此,提出要从培养高校学生干部的自然人格魅力、组织协调能力和人际交往能力入手,加强高校学生干部的基本能力。
College student cadre is the bridge and tache for dealing with the student affairs, is the backbone of do ing the student work well, is the capable assistant of carrying out the student ideological education and administration, and is the basis for reserve cadres and talents of future society. Hence, this paper proposes that we should enhance college student cadre＇s basic ability by cultivating their natural personality charm, ability for organization and harmonization, and ability for interpersonal communication.
