摘要
采用正交试验考察了４种因素（溶剂浓度、药材粒径、提取时间和干燥方式）对雷公藤提取物中雷公藤甲素含量的影响。
An orthogonal method was used for studying the effect of four extracting factors on extracting rate of triptolide in Wilfordii root extract. The results from othogonal test were subjected to objective analysis and variance analysis with two indexes, and an optimum extracting process for Wilfordii root extraction was given.
