摘要
目的：观察润目灵治疗干眼病的临床疗效。方法：治疗组５７例（１１４只眼）干眼病患者口服润目灵；对照组２４例（４８只眼）局部点泪然滴眼液。结果：治疗组１１４只眼中治愈２３只眼，好转５９只眼，有效率７１．９３％。对照组４８只眼中治愈３只眼，好转２７只眼，有效率６２．５％。两组疗效比较无差异。治疗组患者角膜染色分级、泪液流量、泪膜破裂时间和基础泪液治疗后均有明显改善（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：润目灵有促进泪液分泌。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative effects of runmuling in the treatment of ophthalmoxerosis. METHODS: Fifty seven patients (114 eyes) with ophthalmoxerosis took runmuling in the treated group. Twenty four cases (48 eyes) were dropped tears naturale eyedrops in the control group. RESULTS: Twenty three eyes of 114 eyes were cured and 59 eyes improved in the treated group, and the effective rate was 7193%. There were 3 cured eyes and 27 improved eyes in the control group, the effective rate was 6250% in 48 eyes of the control group. There was no significative difference between the two groups (P>005). The grade of cornea dyed, quantity of tears, breakup time of tear film and basis tear were obviously improved in the treated group after treatment (P<005 or P <001). CONCLUSION: Runmuling could promote secretion of tears, prolong break-up time of tear film, and advance healing of keratopathy.
