复方丹参注射液球后注射对视网膜光损伤防护的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察复方丹参注射液球后注射对手术显微镜光源致视网膜光损伤的防护作用。方法:建立大鼠视网膜手术显微镜光源光损伤模型,随机分为复方丹参注射液治疗组和损伤对照组,并设正常大鼠对照。观察各组不同时间视网膜组织中丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)的含量和组织病理变化。结果:光照后1d、5d和10d时防护组视网膜MDA含量明显低于损伤组(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05),而SOD含量明显高于损伤组(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05)。病理组织学观察,损伤组视网膜外节盘膜紊乱、空泡化,内节线粒体肿胀;防护组视网膜结构无明显改变。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the protective function of compound injection of salvia miltiorrhiza by retrobulbar injection in photic injury rat retinopathy. METHODS: An experimental model of rat retinopathy photic injury by operating microscopic light was established, and the rats were divided random into treated group with compound injection of salvia miltiorrhiza and control group, and the rats were normal in the other control group. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the retinal tissues of the rat were measured and their histopathologic structure were observed in various time. RESULTS: After damage one day, 5 days, 10 days the content of retinal MDA in the treated group were significantly less than the control group separately (P<001, P<001, P<005), and in the treated group the content of retinal SOD were significantly higher than the control group separately (P<001, P<001, P<005). The histopathologic findings showed that retinal outer segment in the damaged group deranged and vacuolarted, and mitochondria of the inner segment swelled, while no significantly retinal changes in the treated group. CONCLUSION: Compound injection of salvia miltiorrhiza has protective effect from rat retinopathy photic injury by operating microscopic light.
