摘要
加快西部经济发展需要充分发挥财政的支持促进作用。但目前国家对西部地区的财政投入机制不完善,由此影响了财政促进西部经济发展政策效应的有效发挥。为充分发挥财政对西部经济发展的促进作用,本文对现行西部地区财政投入机制的效应和局限性进行分析,采取有针对性的措施改革完善西部地区财政投入机制,促进西部经济长期持续较快发展。
To speed up western economic development must be fully supported by finance. Nevertheless, imperfect financial input system in western areas hinders the promotion of finance on western economic development. So this paper analyzes the effects and limitation of financial input system in western areas, and proposes measures to improve financial input system in western areas so as to promote sustainable and fast development of western economy.
