摘要
采用三维有限元理论,分析胫骨接骨板内固定系统在骨折愈合重建阶段的应力遮挡问题。表明:相同的螺钉力作用时,压缩、弯曲载荷下的断面应力分布形状相似,应力值不同;增加螺钉力可以降低板下骨应力遮挡,板对侧骨影响不大;
The theory of threedimensional finite element has been used for investigating the stress shelter of the internal fixation system of tibia plate in the reconstruction stage of the fracture urion. It has been found that,in the same applied force of bone screw the distributions of the stress on severed section under the load of comprossion and arcuation are similar while the values of the stress are different. The increase of the applied force of screw can reduce the stress shelter under the plate. The affect of the plate to the lateral bone is small.The applied forces of screw close to the severed section are important for reducing the stress shelter.
