摘要
中国是一个发展中国家,电热毯作为一种低功耗的、廉价适用的取暖设备,深受广大消费者的喜爱,尤其是收入较低,经济不发达的农村地区。目前,国内市场上的电热毯制造企业鱼龙混杂,电热毯产品质量也参差不齐,正规品牌与假冒伪劣品牌并存,存在着严重的安全隐患。本文通过对行业龙头成都彩虹集团的安全电热毯研发和制造过程进行调查研究,提出以发热线、控制器和连接器为核心的安全电热毯制造规范,并进行了深入分析,为国家安全电热毯制造标准的制定提供了参考依据,有助于加强市场监管,规范行业品质。
Electric blanket as an environmental protection, cheap and useful equipment for heating in winter, is very popular in China. The rural area, which economics is not very good and the people who have a little incomes, especially like them. Nowadays, there are many brands and many factories are making it, some of them are high quality but many of them are very low quality, so it is very dangerous. This article proposes that we could make a stander for making the safe electric blanket which set the heating wire, controller and connector as key points, through In-depth studying for the process that Chendu Rinbow Appliance （Group）Sharers co., LTD＇s researches and making the Electric blanket. This stander is reference for making the country＇s stander, and it also usefully for market administration and improving the goods＇ quality.
