摘要
对使用大蒜(Bulbus allii)泥合谷穴位贴敷治疗38例扁桃体炎进行了临床观察。以阿莫西林胶囊为对照组。治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为100％和93％,无显著性差异(P>0.05);愈合率(用药后12h内咽喉疼痛消失,扁桃体正常)分别为71％和10％,有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。使用大蒜泥合谷穴位贴敷治疗扁桃体炎的作用速度和作用强度明显优于阿莫西林胶囊,而疗效无明显差异。
The paper deals with the survey of 38 tonsillitis cases being cured by sticking some Mashed Bulbus Allii on hegu acupuncture point. The study of it has amoxycillin as contrast group. The total efficiency of the surveyed group and the contrast group is respectively 100% and 93% , showing no obvious difference ( P > 0.05). The cure rate (the sorethroat disappears after the use of the medicine in 12 hrs and the tonsil is normal. ) is separately 71 % and 10% , showing that there are very obvious differences (P<0.01) and indicating that the therapy has a more instant antipyretic effect than amoxycillin and their curative effect has no obvious difference.
