摘要
超声检查因其无创、快速、安全等优点成为诊断肾动脉狭窄的首选影像学方法之一。肾动脉狭窄常用超声诊断指标多为多普勒血流参数,其需获取肾主动脉或肾内动脉多普勒频谱,对操作者的技术依赖性高,检查费时。超声造影是超声技术在肾动脉狭窄诊断中的新应用,但其中延用的多普勒血流参数指标,并未根本解决肾动脉显示困难及检查费时等问题;通过分析造影后肾实质回声的时间—强度曲线,则为无创、快速诊断肾动脉狭窄提供了新思路,有较广的研究空间。
Ultrasonography has become one of the first imaging method in diagnosis of renal artery stenosis (RAS) because it is noninvasive, quick and safe. The most used parameters of ultrasound in diagnosis of RAD was Doppler blood flow parameters, the Doppler spectrum of renal arteriae aorta or intrarenal arteries, it has high dependence on operator and has long examine time. Contrast - enhanced ultrasound is a new application of ultrasonic technique in diagnosis of RAD, while the Doppler blood flow parameters cant solve the problems displayed by renal artery. The analysis of time - intensity curve of renal parenchyma echo after contrast enhancement can provide new thought in diagnosis of RAD non - invasively and quickly, and it has broad research perspective.
