脂肪干细胞定向分化为脂肪细胞的分子信号调节

摘要 Zuk等从脂肪组织中分离出一种多能干细胞,在不同的刺激下具有成脂肪、成软骨、成骨和肌原性的分化潜力,被称为脂肪干细胞(adipose derived stem cell,ADSCs)。ADSCs是一种间充质干细胞,在细胞形态和免疫学表型上与骨髓干细胞很相似,但ADSCs具有取材便捷、痛苦小,量大易扩增等特点,因此在脂肪组织工程应用中引起了极大关注。我们就ADSCs在诱导分化为脂肪组织过程中的分子调控机制进行了综述。
