摘要
介绍某厂万吨水压机下横梁修复补强的方法，分析了几种修复方案的选择依据，特点和可行性，论述了焊接方法，补强材料以及焊条的选择。实践证明这些方法是有效和成功的。
In this paper, the repair and reinforcement of the bottom beam of a 100MN hydraulic press is introduced and the characteristics, feasibility and selection of several repair schemes are analyzed. The authors discuss the selection of welding method, reinforcing plate and welding rods.The validity of the proposed method is confirmed in practice.
