摘要
本文利用1.0*1.0格距的NCEP再分析资料、常规气象观测资料、卫星云图和中央台的台风定位报资料,对“莫拉克”在台湾东侧出现徘徊移速减慢以及在台湾海峡中移动缓慢的成因进行分析,结果表明,副热带高压减弱东退,环境引导气流减弱,使“莫拉克”移速减缓,而双台风的互旋和牵制作用、地形阻挡、以及台风自身的偏心和非对称结构是“莫拉克”移速缓慢的重要原因;台风中心附近的垂直速度场分布对台风的移向、移速有一定的预示作用,台风有向上升运动区移动趋势,最大上升中心与下沉中心间距离大则台风移速快,距离小则移速慢。
By using 1.0 * 1.0 NCEP reanalysis data , conventional meteorological data, satellite images and the central station typhoon location date, the cause of lingering and slow-moving of "Morakot" in eastern Taiwan and in the Taiwan Strait are analyzd. The results show that the subtropical high weakened and east retreated, steering flow weakened made for "Morakot" moving speed slowing down. The binary typhoons and terrain baring and the prejudicial and non-symmetrical structure of "Morakot" were important reason for the slow moving speed. The vertical velocity in near the center of typhoon was able to indicating the direction of movement and moving speed of typhoon. The typhoon has moved to the ascending motor area. The distance between the ascending center and subsidence center was the largest that typhoon moving speed quickly, then the small that slow speed.
