摘要
以EPSW 2008为前端数据生产平台,以ArcSDE+Oracle 10g为后台数据库管理平台,通过在数据库中设计的要素全球唯一ID码、采集时间、修改时间等3个属性字段信息,并利用ArcEngine 9.2进行二次开发,实现了由传统上基于图幅的更新模式到面向要素的动态更新模式转变,为城市大比例尺基础测绘的动态更新提供了强有力的技术支撑。
Taking EPSW2008 as the front end platform of data producing and ArcSDE plus Oraclel0g as the back end platform of data manager, through adding the three fields as follows ： featureGUID, creation time and modify time, and with the second-time develop of ArcEngine 9.2, the change of dynamic updating from topographic map to object-oriented is realized, it provides technical supporting for dynamic updating of large-scale maps.
