摘要
从多数煤炭企业不公平竞争的现状出发,分析了影响煤炭企业之间公平竟争的因素,提出了如何规范煤炭企业竟争行为的若干政策和措施建议.
According to the status quo of non-fair competitions of most coa! enterprises,we have analyzed the factors influencing the fair competition between coal enterprises.put forward some proposals of policy and measures regulating competition behavior of coal enterprises.
