隧道浅埋破碎带地表注浆预加固技术 被引量:7

摘要 针对内蒙古鲁霍一级公路阿拉坦隧道进出口埋深较浅,围岩破碎,节理裂隙发育,其自稳能力差,难以形成平衡拱效应,大管棚施作时出现成孔困难、卡钻、塌孔现象。通过采取注浆预加固技术,保证了岩体稳定,确保施工安全。 In view of shallow depth entrance and exit of Aratan Tunnel in the Lu - Huo First - class Highway in inner Mongolia, broken wall rock, poor self- stability due to growth of joint fissure, it is difficult to form the balanced arch effect. Some phenomenon such as hard drilling, drill - stuck and caving occur when operation of pipe -frame drill and boring were conducted. This article describes the application of pre - strengthening technology by grouting, which can guarantee the stabilization of rock mass and the construction safety.
