摘要
针对摩托车发动机上几个易损件的磨损问题,分析各自的摩擦、磨损特性及磨损机理。指出单纯追求高硬度来满足耐磨要求的局限性。在分析磨损机理基础上,探讨可以提高各摩擦副耐磨性的表面处理方法。
The paper analysis the friction,wear charactor and the wearing metherd,Points out the shortage of increasing hardness to fit the wear resistance requirment. Studies the surface treatment for increasing wear resistance.
