摘要
1老年人肺炎的临床诊断
社区获得性肺炎的典型临床表现为发热伴咳嗽、咳痰、胸痛和呼吸困难，约10％～30％的病人有肺外症状，诸如头疼、肌痛、关节痛和胃肠道症状，胸部X线片示肺部浸润影。
