摘要 采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)合成过程中的反应试剂与阴离子聚合的反应条件进行选择;标定了GPC的校正曲线并确定了GPC的测试条件,得出避免SSBR样品过载的经验公式。在此基础上采用GPC谱图及数据确定了结构调节剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)的用量、反应溶剂、偶联剂、反应温度及反应时间。结果表明,当n(SDBS)/n(Li)=0.3时,环己烷作为溶剂,SiCl4作为偶联剂,在60℃下反应1h,制备的SSBR具有优异的物理机械性能。 GPC(Gel Permeation Chromatography) is a new type liquid chromatography. The constituents are seperated according to the size of molecular volume,and now GPC has become an important seperation method in chemistry field. GPC was used to determine the reaction reagent and the reaction conditions of anionic polymerization in the preparation of solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR) in this paper. The correction curve was calibrated and the test conditions of GPC were determined. Also the empirical formula to aviod overload of SSBR was obtained in this paper. And on the base of that, the spectras and data of GPC were used to determine the amount of SDBS (sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate), reaction reagent, coupling agent, reaction temperature and reaction time of the anionic polymerization. The results showed that SSBR with excellent mechanical properties can be obtaind at 60℃ for 1 hour in cyclohexane,the ratio of SDBS/Li is 0. 3 and the coupler is SiCl4.
