摘要
文章基于湖北省10县(区、林区)398名农村人才的调研数据,对新农村建设中农村人才数量与结构、目前农村人才队伍建设存在的主要问题以及农村人才队伍建设的途径进行了分析。研究表明:社会主义新农村建设,需要大量有文化、懂技术、会经营的农村人才。农村人才队伍建设是一项系统工程,要加强对人才服务新农村建设的领导,把农村人才队伍建设纳入新农村建设的总体布局,以满足农村人才数量与结构上的需要。
Based on the investigation data of 398 talents in 10 Counties （area,forest region）of Hubei Province,the paper carries an analysis on the number and structure of the talents in the construction of new rural areas, the problems and countermeasures in the construction of rural talent team. The analysis indicates that a large amount of rural talents who are good at knowledge,technology and operations are needed in the construction of new sociological rural areas. The construction of rural talent team is a huge project,so the service of talents for the construction of new rural areas should be strengthened, the construction of rural talent team should be incorporated into the general plan of the construction of new rural areas, therefore the need in the amount and structure of rural talents will be met.
