摘要
预算管理越来越受到重视,而在高校实践中存在的一些问题,引起很多人对高校预算的怀疑和否定,文章在调查研究的基础上,通过对常见问题的总结和成因分析,提出建议和对策,以期为提高预算管理水平起到一定的积极作用。
Budget management is getting more and more attention,but some problems exist in the practice in colleges,causing many people s suspicion and negation on colleges budget.On the basis of investigation and research,the paper summarizes the common problems and analyzes their causes,putting forwad suggestion and counter-measures in order to play a positive role in improving the level of budget management.
