摘要
布机微机监测系统采用分布式结构，在车间内设有工作站，负责布机数据采集及初步处理，由一台中转机完成对工作站的通讯并将所取得的数据经处理通过大屏幕按台位序号依次显示。并与上位机通讯，经处理后打印班次产量、停机时间、布机故障台号、布机效率、低效机台等数据报表。
The distributed construction is adopted in this system.Work stations are employed to take the responsibility for data acquisition and primary processing,and a intermediate repeater completes the communication with work stations and displays the acquired data which have been processed in turn according to the code number of the station through a large screen in the workshop.The intermediate repeater communicates with the upper computer and prints the data forms of the shift output,down time,the efficiency of each machine,the code number of the faulty and the low efficient machine etc.
