摘要
介绍了用粉末冶金工艺制备汽车后视镜定位盘的工艺 ,重点研究了材料成分、成型方法及渗铜工艺对定位盘综合性能的影响 .结果表明 ,Fe- 2 % Cu- 0 .6% C基体具有硬度、强度高 ,焊接性能好 ,结合局部渗铜工艺可在不改变零件整体性能、组织和尺寸精度的情况下局部细化组织 ,提高硬度、塑性和耐磨性 ,改善了粉末冶金零件局部薄弱区的性能 .
Technology forpreparing car reference mirror rotary positioner by powder metallurgy is described in this paper.The influence of material composition,forming type and copper infiltrated process on the overall properties is studied emphatically.Results show that the Fe- 2 % Cu- 0 .6 % C substrate is characterized by high hardness and strength,and good weldability.Withoutchanging the overall property,structure and size accuracy,the lo- cal copper infiltration process can thin down the grain,improve hardness,plasticity and wear- resistance,so that the performance of the local weak zone of the P/ M parts can be im- proved.
