摘要
水电项目的设计涉及的专业比较多,大坝、厂房、水道、机电等专业的标准件非常多。本文基于CATIA为满足水电项目三维设计的需要,对建立数字化电站设计体系进行了探索。利用现有的技术资源,创建了满足设计使用的CATIA三维水电标准件模板库,并开发了相应的软件系统,实现统一规范建模,VPM协同设计,为加速产品设计及提高设计精度提供了实用有效的工具,进一步促进了数字化设计工作的有序开展。
Hydropower station design involves many specialities, such as dam, power house, water channel and electric and mechanic engineerings, and a lot of 3D standard parts are applied. By use of CATIA in hydropower project design to meet the demand of 3D digital design is probed. The existing technical resources are used to establish hydropower station digital design and a standard medelling mode and VPM collaborative design mode are developed. This provides a practical and effective tool to speed up product design and further promotes the digital design development.
