液体通气在急性呼吸窘迫综合征中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 液体通气是利用全氟化碳作为氧和二氧化碳的载体进行的机械通气,在改善肺换气功能方面有突出优点.但临床和动物研究效果仍有争议。近年来对液体通气的研究主要集中在小剂量、小潮气量及联合治疗上,取得了一定的进展,使液体通气重新获得了重视。液体通气仍然是治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征的极有前景的手段之一。本文就目前国内外关于液体通气的研究情况进行综述。 Liquid ventilation is a strategy of mechanical ventilation by using perfluorocarbon as oxygen and carbon dioxide carriers. It can effectively improve pulmonary function, but the effect of clinical and animal studies is still controversial. In recent years, the researches on liquid ventilation have focused on low dose, small tidal volume and combination therapy, and shown that liquid ventilation is still a potentially effective way in the treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome. This article reviews the scientific research of liquid ventilation.
