摘要
耐火材料用微机配料控制系统采用双机联用和数据通讯技术，实现了泥料的自动称量及配料、放料、混料的全过程自动控制，并动态模拟显示生产运行情况及各种参数，通过系统间通讯实现集中打印。该系统在山东第二耐火材料厂应用，运行效果良好。
Because taking combined use of double computer and data communication techology in the computer mixture control system in the refractory production,the automatic control in all production process,contained of weighing raw material,feeding raw merial and mixing raw material,and dynamic simulating and displying operation state of production process,are all realized.The concentrated printing also is realized by communication among the system.This system has got good result used in No.2 refractory plant of Shandong.
