摘要
用化学沉淀法和离子交换法处理钽铌厂氨氮废水,并探讨了试验过程中的影响因素。实验结果表明,钽铌冶炼高浓度氨氮废水通过3次化学沉淀法连续处理,氨氮质量浓度由12800mg/L降到220.5mg/L,再用离子(沸石)交换处理,控制反应时间为1.0h,pH为9.0,温度为20℃,最终出水氨氮质量浓度降为10.7mg/L。
The chemical precipitation and ion exchange processes have been used for treating ammonia-nitrogen wastewater in Ta/Nb factories. The influencing factors during the experiments are discussed. The experimental results indicate that highly concentrated ammonia-nitrogen wastewater in Ta/Nb metallurgy should be treated by chemical precipitation method for three times continuously. The concentration of ammonia-nitrogen is reduced from 12 800 mg/L to 220.5 mg/L. Then, ion (zeolite) exchange process is used for the treatment. The final effluent ammoriia-nitrogen concentration reaches 10.7 mg/L. The controlled reaction condition are: t=1.0 h, pH = 9.0, and T=20 ℃.
