摘要
结合国内外对胞外聚合物和好氧颗粒污泥技术的最新研究进展,探讨胞外聚合物主要成分蛋白质和多糖对好氧颗粒污泥形成、结构及稳定性的作用机理。蛋白质能增加污泥表面相对疏水性和降低污泥表面电负性,而多糖则起到架桥作用,EPS主要成分变化所引起的疏水反应、离子反应、正负电荷中和反应、架桥作用以及静电反应共同作用于好氧颗粒污泥中。同时分析了剪切力、有机负荷、接种污泥、基质类型、好氧饥饿期等培养条件对胞外聚合物的影响。
According to the latest research on EPS ( Extracellular Polymeric Substances) and AGS ( Aerobic Granular Sludge) technology domestic and overseas, the effects of proteins and polysaccharides (which are the main components of EPS) on AGS formation, structure and stability were discussed. The proteins could enhance the relative hydrophobicity and reduce the electronegativity on the sludge surface;furthermore the polysaccharides act as bridging mechanism. The researches indicate that the hydrophobic action, ionic reaction, neutralization reaction, bridging action and electrostatic reaction cooperate in AGS. Meanwhile the influence on EPS by incubation conditions, such as hydraulic shearing, organic loading, seed sludge, substrate types and aeration starvation phase, were studied .
