锁定加压钢板在桡骨远端粉碎性骨折中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨锁定加压钢板(locking compression plate,LCP)在桡骨远端粉碎性骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法使用锁定加压钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折55例。按AO分类标准:B2型8例,B3型12例,C1型11例,C2型19例,C3型5例。均采用掌侧入路,骨缺损严重者置入人工骨。结果所有患者得到随访,随访4～23个月,平均随访13.5个月,X线显示骨折全部一期愈合,平均愈合时间7周。所有病例无感染、骨不连、钢板松动、腕管综合征、正中神经炎等并发症。按Dienst功能评估标准进行评定:优29例,良24例,可2例,优良率96.4%。结论锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折临床疗效满意,适合桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的内固定。
